Leadership Certificate

The Leadership Certificate is designed to prepare individuals for the next level of leadership within their current organization or for new job opportunities within their profession.  The purpose of this certificate is to develop students into leadership opportunities within the students’ areas of professional aptitude and experience rather than prepare a student for leadership opportunities outside of their career pathways.  For example, upon completion of the Leadership Certificate, current nurses, production supervisors, and accountants could strengthen their personal marketability for more advanced levels of management within their current organization.
