BDBA 7143 Crisis Management 3 hours

This course leads students through the process of preparing for and mitigating the effects of organizational crises. The topics will include general categories of organizational crises, preparation for organizational crises, and specific current examples of organizational crises. Current business literature will be the focus of classroom discussion, structured around the textbook and outside readings.
