The master’s in business administration (MBA) at the Benson School of Business prepares its graduates for senior management and strategic leadership in business and equips them for ethical decision-making, innovative analytical and problem-solving skills, and professionalism in their careers. The program is designed for prospective graduate school students and qualified full-time and part-time workers who continue to work while earning a graduate business degree that enhances their career paths towards senior level management positions in Human resources, Business and Management Analyses, Project Management, Employee Training and Development, etc.

Learning Outcomes
Southern Wesleyan University MBA graduates will:
- apply theoretical concepts to management situations focused on evidence-based solutions;
- communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- demonstrate a clear perception of business ethics based on Christian principles;
- demonstrate the ability to use data to analyze business decisions;
- apply Christian servant leadership principles in developing innovative solutions to organizational problems.
Note: Students interested in the Master of Business Administration program who hold a bachelor’s degree in a non-business field will be required to take academic leveling course (ALC) exams. Please see Admissions or the Peregrine web page to learn more.
