Learning Outcomes
Students completing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) are expected to:
- apply theoretical concepts to management situations focused on evidence-based solutions;
- communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- demonstrate a clear perception of management ethics based on Christian principles;
- apply Christian servant leadership principles in developing innovative solutions to organizational problems;
- demonstrate the ability to use data to analyze business decisions.
