Learning Outcomes

Students completing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) are expected to:

• apply theoretical concepts to management situations focused on evidence-based solutions;
• communicate effectively orally and in writing;
• demonstrate a clear perception of management ethics based on Christian principles;
• apply Christian servant leadership principles in developing innovative solutions to organizational problems;
• demonstrate the ability to use data to analyze business decisions.
