This course focuses on the influence of ethical servant leaders in the nursing profession. The course utilizes Biblical leadership examples as applied to modern day healthcare environment. The course emphasizes change and motivational theories, management concepts, and leadership implications for the nurse manager. Strategic planning, fiscal responsibility and project management are among the concepts studied and applied in the course. Initial planning for Capstone Experience begins.
