HIST 4623 Contemporary Issues in Policy Solutions 3 credits This course examines contemporary issues through governmental systems, their philosophical underpinnings, and various ethical systems - all amidst significant changes to society and technology. It also explores the policy-making process and theories of implementation – from the halls of Congress to street-level bureaucrats and from formal government organizations to special interest groups.
