RELG 3893 Student Events and Leadership

3 credits
Addresses the important leadership issues related to major events in local church student (youth and children’s) ministry by developing principles and a philosophy around the leadership of people, programs, recreation, and management of resources and then planning and conducting a trip with a hands-on approach to solidify the learned principles for future summer camps, local church retreats, wilderness camping, and other off-site events that are activity oriented and spiritually based. Note: Additional course fee is required.
