Emphasis upon the legal environment of business. Course topics include the legal environment of business, agency, bankruptcy, business organizations, contracts, ethics, and sales and leases. Prerequisite: Minimum of 30 hours of coursework completed. Note: Successful completion of this writing intensive (WI) course can meet a Tier 2 QEP graduation requirement.
