NURS 4956 Baccalaureate Capstone: Synthesis & Evaluation 6 credits This seminar-style course provides a vehicle for the student to put into practice the professional foundation, interprofessional collaboration, strategic planning, project preparation and implementation, and dissemination of evidence-based findings learned in the course. The capstone allows the student to reflect upon personal success and provides achievement of the program outcomes. The impact of the project as an initiative with global implications is analyzed. Prerequisites: NURS 3353 Foundations for Professional Practice and NURS 4404 Evidence-Based Practice. Note: Succesful completion of this writing intensive (WI) course can meet a Tier 2 QEP graduation requirement.
