ENGL 4803 Senior Practicum

Variable credit (1-17 hours)
Open to seniors who show promise of professional development. Supervised training in a business or in a community service agency appropriate to the student’s interests. Approval of students and of placement will be given by the coordinator of studies in English. Credit: up to seventeen semester hours. Prerequisite: competency in computer, math, oral communication, reading, and writing. Note:  Graded P/NC.  Students who receive financial aid from any source including federal or state aid or veterans’ or military benefits may be personally responsible for the tuition/fees for this course when repeating it for credit.  Contact the Office of Financial Aid or the Veteran’s Services Representative in the Office of Academic Records for more information prior to registration.
